My love for Labrador Retrievers began when I was a little girl, growing up with a sweet black Lab named Saint. He was more than just a pet—he was a constant friend and a big part of our family. That bond left a lasting impression on my heart and planted the seed for a lifelong passion.Years later, as a young woman facing the challenges of divorce, I found strength and healing through my first yellow Lab, Oakley Jane. She was my anchor during one of the hardest seasons of my life—always there with gentle eyes, a wagging tail, and unconditional love. Oakley wasn’t just my dog; she was a turning point.Today, in 2025, I’m blessed with a loving, supportive husband and three amazing kids. Our home is full of joy, laughter, and of course—Labradors. Inspired by Oakley’s legacy, I founded Oak River Labradors. The name is a tribute to her: “Oak” for Oakley, whose love shaped the course of my life, and “River” for the steady, flowing companionship Labradors bring into our lives.At Oak River Labradors, we’re not just breeding dogs—we’re raising family members. We offer two registration options for our puppies, depending on your needs and goals:Pricing

Deposits
To reserve your puppy, a non-refundable deposit is required:Limited Registration: $150 depositFull Registration: $200 depositDeposits are applied to the total purchase price and ensure your chosen puppy is held for you until they are ready to go home.

Accepted Payment Methods

Personal checks are accepted only with a valid copy of your driver’s license and are subject to a 2-week holding period. The check must clear before the puppy can leave our care.

Final Payment Policy
All puppies must be paid in full before leaving our home. If paying by check, please plan ahead to allow time for it to clear before your scheduled pickup.

Refund & Cancellation Policy
Deposits are non-refundable under any circumstances, as they reserve your specific puppy and remove it from availability to other buyers.If you are unable to follow through with the purchase after placing a deposit, you may transfer your deposit to a future litter, subject to availability and at the breeder's discretion.If, for any reason, we (the breeder) must cancel a sale, your deposit will be fully refunded.

Pickup & Delivery Options
We welcome you to pick up your puppy in person at our location. Meeting your puppy in person ensures a smooth and comfortable transition.Need help with transportation? We also offer personal delivery:Delivery is available within a reasonable distance.Delivery fees are based on mileage and will be calculated individually based on your location.Please contact us for a delivery quote or to discuss the best option for getting your new puppy home.

Important – Action RequiredIf you’ve placed a deposit, please follow these steps immediately:Click the “Placed Deposit” link and fill out the form completely.Then click the “Bill of Sale and Contract” link, print the document, read and sign it.Email the signed form to: [email protected]⚠️ Please note: If the signed Bill of Sale and Contract is not returned within 48 hours, your deposit will be forfeited and your spot will be released.Thank you!
